Customer Service Representative
Are you passionate about kitesurfing and eager to work with everything related to kiting? Then this is the job for you!
What You Will Do
- You will work for the most innovative and fastest-growing kitesurf brand in the world, based in Vijfhuizen, NH.
- This role is the face of Harlem Kitesurfing and aims to provide an excellent experience to customers who reach out to us. Your role is crucial in maintaining and building customer relationships.
- You will be helping our customers daily through email, chat, WhatsApp, social media, and phone.
- Responsible for responding to and following up on customer inquiries and handling administrative tasks related to order processing and warranties.
- Provide accurate information about our products, customer orders, and warranty service.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns for repairs.
- Contribute ideas on how to make our processes smarter, faster, and more customer-friendly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Harlem Kitesurfing's products to provide customers with accurate information and advice.
Working Days and Hours
You must be available for at least 20 hours per week. Working hours can be scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 - 17:00.

What We Are Looking For:
- At least mbo level 4 of working and thinking;
- Good knowledge of kitesurfing and wing foiling;
- Passionate about helping customers;
- Fluent in Dutch and English; fluency in another European language is a plus;
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving;
- Flexible and adaptable.
