School Kites

These terms outline how kites from Harlem Kitesurfing can be used by kitesurfing schools. By using our kites, you agree to comply with these conditions.

Use of Kites

• Our kites are intended for teaching, rental, and other approved activities.
• They must not be used for personal purposes or unauthorized commercial use.
• Schools are responsible for ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety guidelines.

Boomtag Registration

• Each kite is equipped with a registered Boomtag for tracking ownership and usage.
• Schools must not remove, alter, or tamper with Boomtags.

Kite Resale

• Kites cannot be sold within the first six months of use.
• After one season, schools may sell them as used school kites to their clients.
• This policy helps schools refresh their gear for the new season.
